Is a senior lecturer in the UAB’s Faculty of Medicine. His avenues of research include medicine and colonization in the Spanish protectorate of Morocco, the history of social illnesses, the history of Spanish healthcare administration, health and the working class in contemporary Spain, and anarchism and the process of medicalization. His current teaching duties are associated with the individual, health and society (Faculty of Sciences), the introduction to the health sciences (Faculty of Medicine) and Practicum I (Faculty of Medicine).
