Memorial "Fèlix Martí Ibáñez: physician, sexologist and libertarian"

A round table and a lecture composed the acts in memory of the scientist

All through 2003, several activities devoted to physician, sexologist and libertarian Félix Martí Ibáñez took place. On March 27th, 2003, the city council at the district of Gracia hosted the round table “Sexology, medicine and anarchism during the Second Republic”, in which Antonio Rey (UV, Valencia), José Vicente Marti Bosca (SVS, Valencia), Raquel Alvarez (CSIC, Madrid) and Moises Broggi (Academia de Medicina, Barcelona) participated.
On September 29th, the member of the CEHIC Jorge Molero, gave the lecture “Disease, working class and revolution in the first third of the twentieth century Spain”. The talk inaugurated an exhibition devoted to Martí Ibáñez at the Civic Centre La Sedeta.
